MoonWarp

Terms of Service

Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

These terms cover the MoonWarp game and the online services behind it. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the online features.

1. Your account

You need an account for online play. Give a real email address you control — it is how you recover access. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else is using it.

One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.

2. Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. Specifically, do not:

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things. If you find a way to cheat, we would genuinely rather hear about it — report it to [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL].

3. Behaviour towards other players

Multiplayer shows your display name to the people you play with. Choose one that is not abusive, impersonating, or otherwise offensive. We may change or remove a display name that is.

4. The game itself

MoonWarp, its code, art, music and text belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to play it. You may not redistribute it, sell it, or reuse its assets in your own work without permission.

Screenshots, videos and streams of your own play are welcome — including monetised ones. You do not need to ask.

5. Online services change

Online play depends on servers we run. We may update, interrupt or discontinue them, and games in progress may be affected. We will give reasonable notice before shutting down online services for good, but we cannot promise any particular game will remain playable or any particular result will be preserved forever.

Single-player games do not need our servers and will keep working.

6. Purchases

Any purchase is made through the platform's store — Apple, Google, or whoever you bought from — under their terms. Refunds are handled by them, not by us.

7. No warranty

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost game progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending it

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy. We may end your access if you break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update the date above when these terms change, and say so in the game when a change is significant.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
