Check spam first. The code is six digits and arrives within a minute or two. If nothing turns up, try signing up again — a fresh code invalidates the old one — and if it still does not arrive, write to us with the address you used.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. You will get a six-digit code by email; enter it along with the new password you want.
No. Single player, the tutorial and the weekly challenge all work without one. An account is only needed for live multiplayer against other people.
A game waits for whoever holds the turn, and each turn has a clock — when it runs out the turn passes automatically. If everyone has left, any player can rejoin from the multiplayer screen and the game will pick up where it stopped.
Single-player saves live on your device only, so they cannot be recovered once the app is deleted. Online games are held on our servers and survive a reinstall — sign in and they will be listed again.
Email us from the address on the account. See the privacy policy for what is deleted and what remains.
The more specific, the better: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the game is still open, the settings screen has an option to send us a debug log, which tells us far more than a description can.
Please tell us rather than use it. Send the details to [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL].
